We are now taking booking for long term rentals over the winter period, up to May 15th 2010

 

Monthly rates from October to Mid May is $1,500/month including services, for  2 bedrooms 1 bath, the fully furnished home with the exception of one bedrooms, which stores my personal items.

 

Our rental rate in the Spring, summer and Fall is $150/night for bedroom with connecting door to the bathroom, or $175,00/night for the suite which includes a sitting area with a view of the harbour.
